Across European cities there has been an explosion in e-mobility over the past 5 years. E-bikes & scooters are becoming common place with more and more individuals deciding to purchase an electric bike over a second vehicle or as a replacement for their primary vehicle.

Transport is Europe’s leading source of GHG emissions, contributing to 27% of its CO2 emissions so it’s little wonder people and governments are looking for clean alternatives. The Environmental Indicators Ireland report shows Ireland generated 13.3 Tonnes of CO2 emissions per capita in 2017 leaving Ireland the third worst county the EU for CO2 per capita. Dublin has signed up to the global BreathLife Campaign and is the first Irish city to sign a commitment to meet WHO air quality standards by 2030.
